I'm Drew, and my buddy Luke and I have gone through everything to try to build new habits.
After experimenting on ourselves, we think we've finally found a simple way to make habits stick.
It's not guaranteed. (Nothing in life is.)
But it's the best approach we've come up with.
We want to share this method with other people, and see if it actually works as well as we think it does.
For the month of July 2013, we're going to take a group of people through our process of adding one new healthy habit to our daily lives.
It can be meditating, working out, eating better, whatever you want.
There are no books to read, products to buy, or elaborate systems to learn.
We'll do the whole thing through simple, person-to-person email communication, and one optional phone call mid-month.
No profiles, passwords, or fancy new software to learn; just good, old-fashioned, human-powered accountability.
